We accept returns on products purchased through our website under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition (including packaging).
- The product is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product has not been customized or personalized (if applicable).
- The product is in its original packaging with all labels intact.
1.2 How to Return:

- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s).
1.3 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item received). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.
2.2 Refund Process:
- Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2.3 Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not returned in their original condition or have signs of use.
2.4 No Refunds on Customized Items:
Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
